Since transitioning from the corporate world to launching MDF Strategies, Matthew has prioritized volunteerism, specifically assisting and advising others with career and professional development.

Matthew helped launch the United Way of Northern Essex County’s Family Success Center, where he also has served as a volunteer career and professional development coach, advising over 400 New Jersey professionals.

Most recently, Matthew began facilitating Bloomfield College’s Emerging and Advanced Leadership Series, which is sponsored by the College’s Office of Student Affairs and takes place throughout the academic year.  The seminar was established to bring leaders and executives in areas such as politics, finance, media, non-profits, and other industries to the Bloomfield College campus.  Students are provided with direct access to expert knowledge on the requirements of the workplace, while developing much-needed strategies that create a strong career track for their future.
